3.1During the effective term of this Agreement party B shall not alter the
name of the company under which this Agreement is signed.
合约期间，乙方不得更改公司名称。
4.Penalty/Payment （付款方式）
4.1Party B shall pay the rental before the 5th of every month.
乙方应在每月5号前支付当月的房租。
4.2Fees and expenses, other than rental, which have been incurred by Party
B in the Hotel shall be paid in full every week.
房租以外杂费需每周支付一次。
4.3If Party B continues to occupy the rooms after expiration of thisbuffet的意思中文
Agreement, Party B shall pay rental at the then prevailing Business Customer Discount tariff.
租约期满如无续约，乙方须按照甲方对外公布之价格支付房租。
