四桥臂三电平逆变器3D-SVPWM调制策略

摘要:针对四桥臂三电平中点钳位型逆变器传统的复杂三维空间矢量脉宽调制算法和中点电位不平衡问题,提出了基于分解思想的3D-SVPWM调制策略和基于电荷守恒的中点电位平衡算法。该调制策略将αβγ坐标系下四桥臂三电平逆变器电压矢量空间分布在αβ平面上的投影分解为两电平结构进行分析,并利用两电平的调制策略实现对参考电压矢量的调制;提出的中点电位平衡算法,根据电荷守恒原理调整冗余矢量的作用时间实现对中点电位的控制。与传统的调制策略相比,所提调制策略极大地简化了运算过程,并且实现了直流侧上下电容电压平衡。仿真和实验验证了本文所提策略的正确性。

Abstract:Considering the traditional complex three-dimensional space vector pulse width modulation(3D-SVPWM)al⁃gorithm and the problem of neutral point potential unbalance with the four-leg three-level neutral point clamped invert⁃er,a novel3D-SVPWM modulation strategy based on the decomposition idea and a neutral point potential balance algo⁃rithm based on charge conservation armodulate
e proposed.Under this modulation strategy,the spatial distribution of voltage vec⁃tors of the four-leg three-level converter under theαβγcoordinate system is projected on theαβplane,which is further decomposed to a two-level structure.In addition,a two-level modulation strategy is used to modulate the reference volt⁃age vector.The proposed neutral point potential balance algorithm realizes the control of neutral point potential by ad⁃justing the action time of redundant vectors according to the principle of charge conservation.Compared with the tradi⁃tional modulation strategy,the proposed modulation strategy greatly simplifies the operation process and realizes the voltage balance between the upper and lower capacitors on the DC side.Simulation and experimental results verified the validity of the strategy proposed in this paper.

在三相四线制电力系统中,四桥臂逆变器与三桥臂逆变器相比较,具有桥臂输出电流能力强、流经直流侧电流小等优点[1],因此被广泛应用于有源电力滤波器和三相不平衡调节装置[2]。由于三桥臂三电平逆变器电压矢量状态只有27个。矢量状态的选取以及作用时间的计算较简单,故常采用3D-
SVPWM(three-dimensional space vector pulse width modulation)算法[3]。但四桥臂三电平逆变器额外增加了一相桥臂,倘若还采用传统的3D-SVPWM算
法,它的电压矢量将是三桥臂三电平的电压矢量的3倍,其计算过程将成几何倍增长,而且四桥臂NPC (neutral point clamped)拓扑结构存在的中点电位不平衡问题更是加大了控制难度。正是由于这些问题的存在,导致国内外学者对其研究甚少[4-6]。
本文提出一种基于分解思想的四桥臂三电平3D-SVPWM调制策略,通过界定平面的选取,将三电平基矢量空间结构分解为独立的两电平结构,经过坐标平移并利用两电平的调制策略最终实现对
