seifert摘要：We give a survey for the Fukumoto-Furuta invariant, which is deflned for a pair of a closed 3-manifold and a spin 4- orbifold bounded by it. In certain cases,
such as Seifert rational homology 3-spheres, we can consider it as a spin homology cobor- dism invariant for a 3-manifold by choosing a "canonical" spin 4-orbifold. The proof is based on the orbifold 10/8 theorem. 1.
