Letters:

4、最终提交：
在接受⼿稿作为R＆A信函后，作者有两项重要任务。请注意，在给出的（严格）截⽌⽇期之内，RA-L的接受始终取决于作者满⾜以下两个要求。不遵守任何⼀项要求将导致最终提交被拒，并要求重新提交。如果在这些迭代过程中超过了最后期限，那么仍然可以拒绝该⽂件（如果确实没有准备好在初次提交后的180天内出现该⽂件，那么它将被拒绝）。

关键字选择

PDF ⽂件测试
正如你在上⾯的说明中注意到的，提交RAL的初始和最终⽂件的格式是不同的。最初的提交是IEEE会议格式，必须严格遵守paperplaza提交系统所规定的边界。最终提交的被录⽤的论⽂的风格和外观与IEEE期刊相同。
出于技术原因，您所提交原稿的最终版本可能会在Paperplaza的PDF⽂件测试中收到警告。确保已使⽤IEEE⽇志设置后，可以安全地忽略这些警告。

cls⽂件是latex2e（latex的标准版本）的格式⽂件，它决定了latex源⽂件的排版布局。最⼀般的cls⽂
件就是我们常⽤的article.cls，这表现在\documentclass{article}这⼀句⾥⾯。如果出版⽅提供了cls⽂件，我们可以下⾯两个⽅法使⽤(假如cls⽂件名为xxx.cls)：
cls⽂件和你⾃⼰的latex⽂件放到同⼀个⽂件夹⾥⾯，在源⽂件⾥⾯⽤

3、打开模板
⽤sublime text打开ieeeconf⽂件夹下的模板⽂件，如下图：
若出现报错：Package inputenc Error: Invalid UTF-8 byte sequence. [This electronic document is a l]
原因：latex默认是不指定编码，因此在⽂件开始时失败，声明正在使⽤的编码。
：在⽂章的开头（\begin{document}之前）添加:
\UseRawInputEncoding
如上图所⽰。
4、Bibtex教程：LaTex ⾃动⽣成IEEE格式
1）制作bibtex⽂件
在百度学术或⾕歌学术，搜索⽂章后，点引⽤，下⾯会有BibTex的引⽤格式，如下图：
点击左下⾓的BibTex，会显⽰描述：

然后创建⼀个名为References.bib⽂件，把上⾯那描述复制进去（放到正⽂⽬录下）。
⽤endnote导出Bibtex引⽤格式。
2）在主⽂件tex的对应位置加上索引代码
打开我们下载好的模板，拉到最下⾯，把原来的代码改成如下形式：
