4.1 抄袭者
请拿出您⾃⼰的想法。我们知道您有⾃⼰的奇思妙想，那么请将它们付诸实际。请不要简单照搬 App Store 上的热门 app，或只是细微修改其他 app 的名称或 UI，就将其挪为⼰⽤。这么做不但有引发知识产权侵权索赔的风险，更会加⼤在 App Store 中浏览的难度，⽽且对您的开发者同仁来说也不公平。
苹果原⽂如下：
Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats
This app or its metadata appears to be attempting to misrepresent itself as another popular app or game already available on the App Store or a third-party platform.
Apps submitted to the App Store should be unique and should not attempt to deceive users into thinking they are downloading something they are not.
The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.
Next Steps
Review the Copycats section of the App Store Review Guidelines.
Ensure your app is compliant with all sections of the App Store Review Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program.
Once your app is fully compliant, resubmit your app for review.

庆幸提交应⽤通过了审核，但是遇到了4.1的问题。

此版本实际是与上次受理的版本⼀致，或许更换了⼀个评审⼈员有不⼀样的看法。
对⽅并未告知具体什么地⽅出现抄袭也未添加应⽤截图，所以我的处理⽅式如下：
1.准备APP的相关运营授权、⾳频⽂件使⽤授权--证明APP的合法授权
2.准备游戏⾓⾊、UI、⾳视频等素材截图--证明原创素材
3.向Apple官⽅申诉具体的违规部分还请明⽰，并明确说明以上合法授权、原创素材等信息。
2018年3⽉2⽇ 申诉通过，APP过审。
