Abstract：
    With the more and more widespread and profound application of information technology in management, the implement of management information system has become mature in technology step by step. Managing information system is a new subject. Enterprise needs existence and development, so enterprise activities should be organized efficiently and organically, which means tightening up the enterprise management and strengthening effective management of any resource internal the enterprise, and also establishing a management information system fitting in with its own characteristics.
    The project we empoldered this time is called Online Real-time Test System. It breaks the intrinsic teaching mode by using the existing network resources to build up a new test platform. And it also simplifies the former complicated operation, enables the students to take different tests or exams more conveniently regardless of the limit of space and time.

First, the function of the system modules

一、系统的功能模块
    1．题库管理模块
    计算机网络的数据库信息自动管理和远程互动处理功能，被同样应用于该网上考试系统中。远程学生用户的个人资料、考试情况和远程教师用户对于数据库的信息管理等都可以通过网络远程交互通讯的方式完成，因此，网络考试系统充分体现了最为完整、高效的现代远程教育方式。
    该模块为教师提供了对数据库库中所有记录，即考题的管理功能。教师可以浏览所有记录，查看各道试题的使用频率，输入时间，最后使用的时间以及根据所抽取的样本，统计分析得到的每道题的区分度。教师可以依据这些指标和自己的经验，对记录进行修改、添加和删除。
    2．分页显示功能

    每条记录即每道考题中不仅有序号、考题内容、选项、答案、难度系数和分类，还有各道试题的使用频率，输入时间，最后使用的时间以及根据所抽取的样本，统计分析得到的每道题的区分度，这些字段都是系统从每个学员测试之后，自动分析统计所得。管理者可以以这些统计结果为依据，对每道考题进行适当的处理，以达到最好的效果。例如，当遇到区分度指标显示红字时，则表示该考题较差，区分度低，需要管理者着重注意该题，看是否有必要进一步修改或删除。
二、学生测试模块
    1． 自动生成考题功能
    系统利用对数据库的管理和操作技术(如SQL语言)，能够自动从数据库中调用记录，生成不同类型的考试。这样，增加了系统的灵活性、多样性。
   
    随机测试是随机地读取数据库中的任意二十条记录而生成的测试。该系统中采用取随机数的方式实现，随机数的取值范围是数据库中所有的现有记录数，为了避免重复读取相同的记录，则对已读取过的记录注上标志，遇上有标志的记录，系统将不会选取。运用这种方式可以实现随机生成测试的功能，使得每个学员每次考试的内容的相似度减到最低，以防出现猜测答案或背答案的情况，能够充分考察各个学员的真实水平。区别于一般考试系统固定出题的模式，解决了仅有一次考试判断学员水平的不科学的做法；使学员根据多次随机考试的结果，对自己有一个清楚的、全面的认识。
    2．错题注解区
    对于每道题都会显示“学员的选择的答案”和“正确答案”。当学员选错时，系统会自动从数据库中调出该道题的注解，给学生一些提示。
    而一般的考试系统大多仅提供一个最后得分，学生对于到底哪道题做对，哪道题做错，错在哪里，完全不清楚，这样的考试对学生起不到一点效果。如果以后再考同样的题，相信那个学生还是原来做错的仍然会做错。该系统则不同，具有这样的错题注解区，起到了老师讲评的作用，必能使学生受益匪浅，事半功倍！
   
   
    每一个学员都有权查看过去的成绩记录，为了保证个人隐私权，每个学员只能看到自己的成绩，而不能看其他学员的成绩。
三 、基于网络考试系统的前景展望
 
    随着网络技术的发展，网校的日新月异的变化，对于检验学生的学习效果的网上考试系统亦同样需随之改变，变得更具个性化。考试系统将逐渐趋向于“自适应考试”，这类考试系统通常会对每个新用户进行水平测试，并根据测试结果，给用户指定一个等级，如初一水平，针对每个用户的不同等级，给予他们不同水平的测试，等到用户经过一段时间学习，水平上一个台阶时，系统也会随之给予更高等级的测试，这样的系统完全根据用户需要而改变，达到了考试自动适应用户的效果。考试系统也不再简单的是个用作考试的工具，而将会成为一个学习系统。考试的过程，也是一个学习提高的过程。
