摘 要
本文针对当前飞行安全事故的特点,对其中影响最大的因素—人为因素,基于著名的SHEL模型进行了全面深入的分析。本文详细地讨论了各种人为因素造成的航空事故的比例及原因,并且提出了相应的解决措施。
人是航空系统中最灵活、最具适应性和最有价值的部分,但其表现也是最易受到不利影响的。多年来的事故调查结果表明,3/4的事故是由于人的表现不佳造成的。人为因素问题在绝大多数航空器事故中被作为主要事故因素这个严酷的现实,唤醒了航空界人士对人为因素的重视。人们在过去50年间将主要精力放在硬件上,以提高硬件的可靠性,然而现在硬件已非常可靠,更多的时候航空事故是由于人为因素造成的。因此人们现在不得不把关注的焦点转移到人为因素上来。
影响飞行安全的人为因素主要是指飞行人员、空中交通管制员以及航空维修人员等对航空安全造成的影响,这几类人员的影响占据了人为因素的绝大部分。因此本文将围绕这几个因素进行详细论述,并且将进一步讨论这儿类人员之间的协作对于飞行安全的影响。

According to the features of present flight accident, the most important factors, human factors, based on famous SHEL model are discussed in detail.
This paper defines all sorts of human factors, analyses the reasons of accidents, and calculates the proportion of every different human factors.
In aviation system, human are the most flexible, the most adaptable and the most valuable part, but their performance is also the most vulnerable. Over the years, the surve
y results of accidents show that the 3/4 of the accidents were due to the poor human performance. The cruel reality that, human factors were major factor in the vast majority of aircraft accidents evoked the recognition of aviation people. During the past 50 years, we focused on the hardware problems to enhance the reliability of hardware. But now the hardware has been reliable enough, and most of time the accidents were caused by human factors. That’s why people now have to focus on the human factors.
