9, 强调句型的基本结构:It is/was+被强调成分+that/who/whom+其他成分。强调句型用来强调主语、宾语和状语等成分。That只起连接作用,不作成分,但不能省略;当被强调部分为人作主语时可用who,也可用that,作宾语时用whom,其他情况一律用that。如果要强调not…until结构时,需用“It is/was not until…that…”。that从句中的谓语动词用肯定形式。E.g It was not until 12 o’clock thatI went to bed.
