BASIC FUNTION职责概述
● To supervise, co-ordinate & perform the daily operation, repair & maintenance of the shift, and keep TV, Antenna, hotel sound equipment and Fire Alarm System running smoothly.
管理、协调并执行日常其值班时的工作运行和维修情况。保持饭店的电视，天线，音响设备及火警系统运行正常
DUITES & RESPONSIBITIES工作职责
● To assist ELV Engineer in ensuring that all repairs & maintenance complaints are carried out and solved. To check all electronic system periodically.
协助弱电工程师，确保维修工作中不满意的情况得以解决。定期检查所有的弱电系统。
● To receive & dispatch, repair orders.
接收并分派维修单。
● Recording of relevant checklist, utilities consumption etc
记录相关的检查清单，设备的损耗等。
● Report immediately any malfunction if equipment or unusual sights to ELV Engineer, take action accordingly
设备出现故障或非正常现象，应立即上报弱电工程师，并采取相应的措施。
● Keep all sound TV& other electric equipment such as intercom, paging system, telecommunication &speakers etc. in good condition.
确保所有音响，电视及其他电器设备如内部通话装置，寻呼系统，电讯设备和扬声器等处于良好状态。
● Attend to function order request such as setting of microphones, speakers spotlights etc.
响应会议要求，如麦克风，扬声器，聚光灯的设置等。
● Maintain TV, antenna & hotel sound equipment.
保持饭店内的电视，天线及音响设备。
● Report immediately any malfunction if equipment or unusual sights to his superior &take action accordingly.
设备出故障或非正常现象，应立即上报主管，采取相应的措施。
● Respond & attend to fire alarm or emergencies as occasion arises
一旦出现火警或紧急情况，应立即采取紧急措施。
● Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance & cleanliness
保持其辖区内最佳的卫生及其设备良好的运行。
● Perfect maintenance and control of all fire alarm-system in accordance to Maintenance program given by Chief Engineer
根据总工程师制定的维护程序保养与控制好所有的消防报警系统。
● Execute the supervision if all placed extinguishers are in place and in original condition
管理监督所有灭火器位于合适的位置，处于原始状态。
● Responsible for the refinement of used extinguishers and the actual check by the supplier
负责补充灭火器，做实际检查。
● Supervision program given by ELV Engineer
实施弱电工程师安排的检修项目。
● Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
● 完成上级布置的其它工作。
JOB PROFILE & QUALICATIONS要求/资历
1. ELV major from technical school. Min. 5 year experience hotel ELV technician job.
职业学校弱电专业毕业，5年以上酒店弱电主管工作经验。
2. Good ELV Knowledge.
良好弱电知识。
3. Good ELV operation, maintenance and repairing skills.
全面掌握弱电设备运行、保养和维修技能。
ADDITIONAL CONDITION其他
1. Good communication skills.
好的沟通技巧
2. Good organization skills.
良好的组织能力
