Purpose of role
职位目标：
To provide a first class service in the mall areas, which reduces loss to Lifespace and ensures a safe environment for customers and staff
在商场范围提供一级服务，减少乐都汇的损失，确保顾客和职员有一个安全的环境
Main Activities
主要工作内容：
To ensure that the mall is a safe environment for our customers & staff utilizing all resources effectively
有效利用资源，确保购物中心为我们的顾客和职员提供一个安全的环境
To anticipate and identify potential security issues within the site areas and to take appropriate action.position职位
在店址范围内预计辨别潜在安全问题并采取适当行动。
To communicate effectively with Mall Security Supervisor to ensure that identified security problems are dealt with in a first class manner.
和购物中心安保主管进行有效的交流，确保用一级服务的方式去处理已辨别的安全问题。
To use the company security equipment to its full potential to evaluate information in order to identify possible security issues. 为辨别可能产生的安全问题，充分利用公司的安全设备来评估信息。
Standard of Dress
衣着标准
The following standard of dress is the only standard that is acceptable whilst working in the site.
以下衣着标准是在工作场所唯一可以接受的标准。
Failure to comply with the dress standard will result in the officer being asked to leave the premises.
不符合衣着标准的管理人员会被要求离开工作场所。
Every officer will wear the following compulsory: -
每个管理人员必须穿着以下服装。

Ensure the good order and discipline of all members of security manpower levels are to the agreed requirements.
确保安保部门的所有成员秩序纪律良好，人力水平达到审定的要求。
Morning & evening briefings are held and all staff in the correct posts.
早晚进行简报短会，所有员工都在正确的岗位上。
Ensure that all loss prevention & security registers and checklists are completed on time.
确保所有安保登记和检查清单都准时完成
That all equipment is working and take the correct action if not
所有设备都正常运行，如有问题，采取正确行动。
Prevent theft, losses, and misuse and damage to company property.
防止盗窃，损失，不正当使用和破坏公司财产。
In a ―Crisis‖ (Fire, Bomb alert etc) acts in accordance with company policy and follow advice of the management team
在―危机事件‖（火灾，，警报等）中，行动要和公司政策保持一致，按管理团队的意见行事。
Ensure all security matters are dealt with in a professional manner and are all noted in the daily communication book.
确保所有安保事务都以一种专业的方式去处理并全部记录在每日交流日志中。
Ensure routine patrols of the outside and inside of all the areas. 确保内外部所有区域的例行巡场。
Ensure that all officers have work shift every day.
确保所有安保管理人员每天交接班。
Ensure that all security staff are trained on their responsibilities / accountabilities whilst on their various posts.
确保所有安保人员都接受过培训，了解在不同岗位的责任/职责。
Briefing are given and understood before deployment to security posts.
在部署安保岗位之前，进行简报并让队员完全了解。
Review the performance of all loss prevention and security personnel.
检讨所有安保人员的工作表现。
Ensure that a seal check & fire equipment checks are carried out twice daily and any discrepancies are reported to the security superisor.
确保每天两次进行封条检查和防火设备检查，发现任何差异要向安保主管汇报。
Ensure that the correct procedure for arrests and all subsequent action is carried out to company policy.
确保阻止程序正确，所有跟进动作要与公司政策保持一致
Ensure that convictions are followed through on criminal cases. 确保全程参与刑事案件的处理并确信处理结果正确。
Promote awareness of shrink and security amongst all staff in the mall.
在购物中心范围内增强所有员工的安保意识。
