1.HSEQ 健康安全环境质量
•Abide National, **** corporate and **** (Suzhou)'s rules and regulations strictly.
严格遵守国家，****集团和****(苏州)的各种规章制度。
•Be involved into systems establishing and implementation such as AIMS,SS and GMP etc.
参与公司AIMS、安全标准化和GMP等体系建⽴和执⾏。
•Be responsible for the safety of own position and supervise HSEQ performance of subordinates if any.
对⾃⼰的安全负责和指导下属的HSEQ⾏为以满⾜岗位需求（如有下属的话）。
•Ensure environment Sustainable Development by conducting wastes segregation and pollution reduction etc.
开展废弃物收集和分类，减少污染物的排放等保证环境的可持续发展。
•Any other tasks related HSEQ issues assigned by top management.
其他上级安排的HSEQ⽅⾯的安排。
•Under lead by shift supervisor, responsible for supervision of shift team to implement all procedures and regulations strictly and ensure the operators maintain a safe,clean operating environment.Continue to improve the safety consciousness of shift team.
在倒班主管的领导下，负责督促班组严格执⾏各项规章制度，确保操作⼯保持安全、整洁的操作环境，持续提⾼班组的安全意识。
•Accountable for the safety of all work performed during the shift (for example,accountable for signature of work order & work permitting etc.)
对当班期间所有⼯作的安全负责（例如：⼯作单、⼯作许可单的危险分析与签发，维修准备等）。
•Responsible for supervision of shift team to implement shift handover and site tour strictly.
督促班组严格执⾏交接班制度和现场定期巡回检查制度；
•Handle shift Emergency Response issues and shift HSE issues, serves as the highest-level site commander during the shift time in case of emergency before CMC launch.
负责倒班期间处理应急反应和HSE问题，在CMC启动之前，作为现场最⾼的事故处理指挥官。
•Responsible for shift safety meetings to communicate all HSEQ and operation issues of site with team.
负责定期组织班组安全会，沟通基地的相关HSEQ、操作等⽅⾯的问题。

2.Production ⽣产
•Supervise and check shift team operation under the requirements of SOP and engineers'instructions.
监督当班员⼯严格按照SOP以及管理层的指导操作，确保操作安全平稳，产品质量合格；
•Ensure all instructions/changes set by management have told to all team members.
确保所有班组成员都知道管理层下达的所有指令/变更；
•Lead his team to prepare all the maintenance job and implement LOTO.
带领团队作好维修准备⼯作，并执⾏LOTO。
3.Mangement 管理
•Responsible for management of shift teams. Evaluate team members'performances by the evaluation system to encourage team.
负责班组的管理，利⽤考评系统有效评价班组成员的表现以达到激励团队；
•Direct subordinates to achieve their goals and job requirements.
指导/培训下属提⾼⾃⾝能⼒以满⾜⼯作的要求和完成他们的⽬标。
1.Engineering degree or equivalent in chemical with wide production experience.

2.Knowledge of HR fundamentals.

5.Minimum of 3 years of practical plant operating experience,
with at least 1 year of successful supervisory or relevant leadership experience in continuous production plant.⾄少3年在连续⽣产装置的操作经验以及1年的成功管理经验或者相关领导经验；
6.Strong management skills including: organizing, planning,
problem solving,communications,leadership and commitment to result etc.
