学情分析
  对于九年级的学生来说,部分学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础,掌握了一点英,美国家日常生活中的不同传统特点,但总体上来说,还比较少。学生普遍存在的问题基础较差,学习效率较低,不吃苦,没有持久性,学习不够主动, 缺乏自觉性,接受能力不强,特别对于综合题的能力较差所以本学期,在要求每位学生端正学生学习态度的同时,应加强培养他们的各种学习能力,以提高各科成绩,改正学生粗心大意,没有养成及时复习的习惯。抓基础克服运用知识不够灵活,做作业或者回答问题时不能灵活地运用,提高听课效率,狠抓作业不按时完成现象, 特别是周末作业完成的越不好,个别学生存在偏科思想单独谈话。这样就有利于他们更好的运用课本知识,达到提高综合运用语言能力的目的
效果分析
1.多媒体的使用
现代化英语教学中,黑板已经不是传统意义上的黑板了。挂图、投影仪、多媒体等的加入,使得黑板的内容更加丰富。此次活动,运用了多媒体这现代的教学工具,以鲜艳的彩、活动的图像和有声的对话,让教学内容更形象化,给人一种赏心悦目的感觉,创造了一个轻松愉快的学习氛围。
2.教师自身素质高,重视学生的情感教育
教师自身的良好素质是讲好课的重要前提和基本保证在听课中要充分利用肢体语言,使人如沐春风,吸引学生同时,重视学生的情感教育,挖掘了德育因素根据教学内容,挖掘教学因素,对学生进行德育教育
3.情境的设置
英语的学习要求在语境中学习句子,在句子中学习单词。这就是说我们在教给学生一句话、一个词时还要给学生创设一定的情境,让学生学会在一定的情境中学会用句子、词语。所创设的情境如何即利于课文的导入,也利于重点单词、句子的引出是一节课成败的重要方面。这也让学生很自然地进入课堂。我想以后多注意这一点,让学生编对话时,给他们设立一个情境,让他们更好的发挥,也让他们明白如何把所学的知识运用到实际生活当中去。
4.注重基础,适当拓展延伸
在精讲精练课文基础知识的前提下,进行相应的拓展延伸。由于前面将基础知识都夯实了,后面的拓展学生进行起来也就得心应手。正是这种“磨刀不误砍柴工”的远见,提高了整节课
的课堂效率。
5. 调动学生积极性,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。 
 调动学生积极性,让学生真正成为课堂的主人这是新课程理念的重要特点,也是素质教育的基本要求。注重学生能力的培养,注重主体参与,在教学中采取互动模式,采用小组讨论或创造一个语境,让学生展开想象,激起了学生对英语学习的兴趣。 
教材分析
在说教材部分我将从 编写特点,编写体例、内容结构等方面进行介绍。
(一 ) 编写特点
2011新课标外研版教材以国家《义务教育英语课程标准》对初级中学英语学习的目标及要求为依据,通过对语言技能、语言知识、情感、策略与文化意识五个方面,培养学生的综合语言运用能力
(二)编写体例 :
外研版初中英语初三年级上册, 共有 12个学习模块 , 外加 2个复习模块 、 Workbook 、 Language notes, Guide to language use, word and expressions。本套教材每个模块含 3个单元。 Unit1以培养学生听说能力为主,兼顾读写,并包括词汇、语法、语音学习活动。 Unit2以培养学生的读写能力为主,兼顾听说,并包括词汇、语法进一 步地学习活动。 Unit3是“语言运用单元”,要求学生综合运用本模块所学, 语言结构与词汇及其有关的听、 说、 读、 写等技能。 同时, 本套教材结合学生身心发展的特点, 在每一模块的 Unit1都设置了 Everyday English , 丰富学生的日常交际用语。 Unit2 设计了 Learning to learn 专栏,培养学生良好的学习方法、教育学生如何解 决英语困难。 Unit3设计了 Around the world. 让学生增加对世界各地的了解, 复习模块包括语言和语用形式的练习, 主要是对前面五个或六个模块的内容进行综合和融合性练习, 使学生的语言知识和语言应用能力得到进一 步巩固与提高。同时为跨国教育设计了一些专题课文。学生活动练习主要 通过 workbook 来体现。本套教材为 每一模块设计了练习活动, 通过丰富多变的活动设计, 让学生根据所提供的语境进行练习实践。 本套教材的每册学生用书都有两个语言附录 , 一个是 语言注释 (Language notes) , 一个是 语言运用引导 (Guide to language use) 。 语言注释是以每个模块为单位, 对教材中可能出现的给学生理解课文带来困难、 但为了语句的真实性必须使用 的语句给予的注释。 词汇表 :(words and expressions)一是按字母顺序排列的词汇表(vocabulary ) 。
(三) 本模块的内容结构 :
Unit1是听说课,主要通过听对话 围绕great inventions引出模块话题 ,学习被动时态 ,锻炼了 学生通过听有短文获取具体信息的能力。
Unit2阅读课, 是一篇阅读,它以books 与Internet的对比为背景,描述和介绍,介绍被动语态的用法。
Unit3主要内容是语言应用和活动, 是对 一,二单元的复习巩固 ,本单元对整个 模块的知识进行了综合有 效的整合 , 单元中提供不同形式的练习题,为复习和掌握本单元所学词汇、语法等提供帮助,而且结合本模块 话题,设计真实的模块任务,为语言实践创造条件。
