DRILLING INSTRUCTION
Subject :17 1/2 ”program at TD+/- 430m
Advise DRILLER&GEOSERVICES prior any mud transfer
Prior to spud : Pre spud safety meeting prior to start operation
Pick up ,make up and rack 12 stands 5”DP,6 stands of 5”HWDP and I stand of 8”DC
swabbingCheck mast vertically with the 8”DC
BHA#1:
·17” 1/2 rock bit
·9” shock absorber
·2×9”DC
·17” 1/2 stab
·8” Xover
·3×8”DC
·Xover
·5” HWDP
Drilling
Pick up and make up 17” 1/2 rock bit ,shock absorber , 1×9”DC and xover
Make up 1 stand of 5”HWDP
Drill the full stand and ream once
POOH and rack back 5”HWDP
Pick up and make up 1×9”DC,17” 1/2 stab ,Xover (totco ring+float valve)
Make up 1 stand of 5”HWDP
Drill the full stand plus 5m on the next stand.
POOH and rack 5”HWDP
Make up 8” stand
Install rubber of rotating head
Foam drilling to +/- 430m
For air connections
Ream full stand at least once.
Stop mud injection then air 2 mn later.
Stop air and bleed off.
Make connection
Restart circulation with air then mud and soap.
Drilling parameters:
    Flow rate : from surface to 20 m 1800/20001/min,from 20m to TD 24001/min.
WOB:max
Rpm :69 Rpm and after 20m increase to 70/80 Rpm
AT TD
Circulate hole with foam until hole clean (30 mn minimum ) .
Stop foam and flush with surface lines
During mud displacement: Keep string in movement
RUN totco survey on wire line
POOH to surface store back in derrick all BHA ,keep bit connected .
Cut 20”CP at 50cm from top of cellar .
R/up for 13” 3/8 casing job.
