摘 要
赏识教育作为当前一种人性化的教育理论,在实践教育上取得非常大的成功。因此这引起了许多知名学者的关注和研究,并且产生了一些商业化的赏识教育机构。当前学者对赏识教育的理
论研究应该说是已经非常的成熟和完善了,但是在实际的国民教学中却是举步不前,其推广程度极其微弱,甚至有太多的人无所知之。
赏识教育是以尊重人的人格为前提,在承认差异、尊重差异的基础上,从情感方面对受教育者进行细微教育的方式,用欣赏的眼光发现学生的可贵之处,并给予肯定,以实现对学生有效激励作用的教育。赏识教育是基于人本主义、需求理论、周弘的教育实践方法等思想总结而成的教育新理论。在指导学生的知识学习和心智、情感及价值观等方面赏识教育有着本质的优势,对中学的学校教育和家庭教育的指导作用非同一般。其中特别是对后进生或者“问题学生”的教育更是收效甚好。本论文研究了赏识教育的基本理论和方法及在具体教学活动中的应用艺术,采用文献法和案例分析法对赏识教育进行一些研究,得到赏识教育应用于中学教学活动的可行性和优势。希望能为赏识教育在未来普及到整个国民教育做出绵薄之力。

Appreciation education in high school teaching in penetration studies
Abstract:scholars As a currently humanized educational theory appreciation education, has achieved great success. In practical education, which has drawn many well-known scholars’ attention and research as well as. Has lead to the generation of some commercialized appreciation education institutions. The current theoretical research on appreciation education has been very mature and perfect. However, its appreciation in the actual national teaching is extremely limited, and the span of spread is also severe low, which make fewer people know about it.
Appreciation of education is such kind of education which is one the premise of the respect for the individual’s personality, on the basis of the recognition and honor of individual. In the way of educating subtally to the learners, with the appreciated view to find the student’ advance as well as acceptance in the aspect of feeling .In order to fulfill the effective effect of encouragement to students. It’s a new education theory based on humanism, requirement theory, the Zhou Hong’s educationactice measures etc. It has an absolute advantage on the students’ instruction in some aspects, such as knowledge-learning, intelligence, feeling and so on. It also has a great influence on the instruction of both the sc
hool and family education in Mid-school. Especially it has a fair feedback on the later-learning students or “questionable students” education. The paper has researched the basic theories and measures of appreciation education and its application in the actual educational activities by using the reference method and case-analyzing method. And it has achieved the possibility and vantage of appreciation education used in the educational activities of Mid-school .May the paper could make an effort to appreciation education to spread into the whole nation’s education.
