SOLUTION: The Web page on which a push button (download button) with a character string 'download' written on it is installed is displayed on a television monitor by a client on instruction based on a tag defined within a mark up text received from a server. When the download button is pushed by a user, data on the server specified by the URL 'aaa' is received and stored to a storing location of the client specified by a storing directory path which is 'bbb'.
