摘要：A soluble solution of high molecular weight aromatic polyamide imide composition, having a degree of imidization of at least about 95%, is obtained directly in a one step heating process by reacting, at 200 DEG -350 DEG C, certain aromatic tricarboxylic acid and aromatic diamines with phosphorus compound as catalyst in a selected solvent, at a reactant concentration of 40-90%, and then diluting the reaction media with additional solvent as the reaction progresses.
