货物完船后无论货物或船舶发生灭失与否都将视为船东已经赚取海运费且海运费不可退回。

船吊吊钩下进行货物接货或者交货,即货物风险责任在吊钩下转移。
09) PART OF CARGO DELIVERED IN SEAWORTHY CONDITIONS AND STACKABLE AND OVERSTOWABLE, ALSO FITTED FOR OCEANTRANSPORT.
交接的货物包装必须适合航海,叠放,拖拉。
10) DECK OPTION. SHIPMENT ON DECK IS TO BE CHARTERER/ SHIPPER’S RISK, EXPENSE AND B/L MAKED ACCORDINGLY.
甲板货选项:甲板上货物根据提单标注由发货人或承租人承担风险。

滞期费:如果船舶抵港后因货物或单据问题导致滞期或停留,承租人需要每天按比例支付船东25000美金

TAXES/DUES ON FREIGHT/VESSEL TO BE FOR OWNER'S ACCOUNT.
货物关税以及
其他税费由租船人承担,海运费税由船东承担。
16) DOCKSIDE TALLY TO BE CHTRS ACCT BUT SHIPSIDE TALLY TO BE FOR OWNERS ACCT. 岸边理货由租船人承担,船上理货由船东承担。
17) ANY SPECIAL LIFTING EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR LOAD/ DISCHARGE OF CARGO WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ONBOARD OF VESSEL, TO BE SUPPLIED AND PAID BY CHARTERER. JUST IN THE EVENT OF VESSEL CRANES NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. HIRAGE OF SHORE/ LIGHTER CRANE CHARGES TO BE FOR OWNER’S ACCT.
货物上船之前货物装卸所需的任何特殊的吊装设备均由承租人承担,仅仅是在船吊无法正常工作条件下,另外租赁岸吊所产生的费用由船东承担。
18) ARBI/GA IN LONDON AND ENGLISH LAW TO BE APPLIED.
任何争议适用于伦敦仲裁委员会以及英系法律
