    以《卑诗机动车辆法》为依据。早前有中国留学生持中国驾照在卑诗省列治文市驾驶，被当地骑警控告。骑警解释，中国未有参加相关国际公约，中国驾照
    的真伪无验证，因此不能在本地使用。但负责核发驾照的ICBC则认为，只要符合《卑诗机动车辆法》，外地合法驾照均可在卑诗省使用。双方一度陷入僵局。_加拿大中国驾照翻译件。
