LF1-LINEAR BEARING AND BELT LUBRICATION
LF1-线性轴承和皮带的润滑
WARNING :The power supply to the gauge must be disconnected before starting this procedure. The power supply switch should be locked in the off position to prevent the power from being accidentally turned on.
警告：在开始这个流程之前必须切断测厚仪的电源.为防止电源被意外打开，电源开关应当被锁定在关闭的位置.
I. Linear bearing lubrication 线性轴承的润滑.
1. Grease gun pump type 注油的类型 :

3. Lubrication opening on LF-1 在LF1上的润滑开口
Remove the SCANTECH LOGO on the Upper beam 拆下上横梁上的SCANTECH 标志
Remove the cap on the Lower beam 取掉下横梁上的盖子
Then Remove the logo and cap on the other side. 然后拆除测厚仪另一侧的标志和盖子
WARNING: To avoid hand injury during scanning, put back the logo and cap on the frame after lubrication.
警告: 为防止在扫描过程中造成伤害，在润滑完成之后要重新上好标志和盖子。

Then push the head by hand to help grease the other three bearings on the upper beam.
然后用手推动探头以便于给上横梁的其他三个轴承注油.
5. Inject grease on the lower beam在下横梁注油:
Then push the head by hand to help grease the other three bearings on the lower beam.
然后用手推动探头以便于给下横梁的其他三个轴承注油.
6. Frequency of lubrication operation: at least each 6 months
润滑的频率：至少每隔六个月润滑一次

z The rails must not be greased, only lubricate the linear bearings
不可往导轨上涂油, 仅润滑线性轴承;
z Clean the rail before lubricate the linear bearings;
在润滑线性轴承之前清洁导轨;
z Pump the grease into the linear bearings until grease flow out from the side of bearing ;pulleys
向线性轴承中注油直到油脂从轴承的侧边流出;
z After lubricate the linear bearings, make the head scanning for few rounds by pushing the heads ;
在润滑线性轴承之后，用手推动探头移动几个来回;
z    A new mechanical correction is needed after the lubrication finished.
在完成润滑工作之后需要对测厚仪进行新的机械校正.
II. Belt lubrication. 皮带的润滑
1. Grease type:  Silicon Spray 润滑油类型：雾化硅油

Remove the cover 拆除此外罩:
WARNING: To avoid hand injury during scanning, put back the cover after lubrication.

3. Lubricate the upper belt  润滑上皮带:
Spray to the pulley when the head is moving by hands. Spray to here.

5. Lubricate the motor belt 润滑电机皮带:
Spray to the pulleys when the head is moving by hands. Spray to here.

6. Frequency of lubrication operation: each 2 or 3 months. 润滑的频率：每隔两到三个月NOTE 注意:
z    A new mechanical correction is needed after the lubrication finished.
