摘要：PURPOSE:To make the center of gravity of a vessel body eccentric to rotate the vessel body to obtain rotary power by forming, in the vessel body, upper and lower end chambers and an intermediate chamber housing a float and raising the float by circulating water in each chamber. CONSTITUTION:After a vessel body 3 is inclined and kept through a rotary shaft 4, water W in a lower chamber 6 is pumped up through pipes 30, 31 to an upper chamber 5 by a pump 29 at first. Next, an upper valve plate 23 is opened to drop the water contained in the upper vessel 5 in to an intermediate chamber 7 to raise the float 8 by the buoyancy of the water W. Then, a lower valve plate 24 is opened to drop the water contained in the intermediate chamber 7 in to the lower chamber 6. After that, the water in the lower chamber 6 is pumped up in the upper chamber 5 again. The center of gravity of the whole vessel body 3 is thereby positioned high than the rotary shaft 4 to rotate the vessel body 3 by 180-degree in a inclining direction. As aforementioned, the vessel body 3 is intermittently rotated every 180-degree. The rotary shaft 4 is thereby rotated to drive a generator.
