No dirty midsole sidewalls yellowing or poor cosmetics due to mold condition.
无因模具造成的边墙黄变及外观不良。
Correct molded or painted colors per NIKE confirmation.
根据NIKE的确认,成型材料及喷漆颜正确。
Correct top/bottom edge trimming within 1mm width allowance.
正确修边上部及底部边缘,允许1mm余量。
No larger than 5mm diameter internal air voids.(checked by light table)

No pin holes on cosmetic area larger than 1mm in diameter.

Adequate anti yellowing white paint applied to pass NIKE yellowing test.
用合适的耐黄变白漆通过NIKE耐黄 变测试。
No over spraying of paint into bonding areas and/or below cosmetic boundaries.
喷漆不得过量,碰到粘合处或到外观边缘下面。
All airbags should not have exposed areas on the component bottom, and no voids larger than 15mm diameter are allowed for all airbags on top area. Any voids in coverage should be filled and buffed.
在部件底部不得有空气袋外露,空气袋上部不得有大于15mm的空洞,上部的任何空洞都要补上磨平。
Visible airbags should not have visible centerlines twisted by window plugs.
空 气袋窗口不得因窗口塞而使中心线扭曲。
Correct visible window depth margin of both sides.
两边空气袋外露深度一致。
Visible airbag plugs should be cleaned to remove/release flashing that causes margin cosmetic problems.
外露窗口塞要保持干净,有边料要清除,以免引起外观问题。
Visible airbag weld tips that protrude through the PU side wall must not exceed 1mm width, and paint must cover these to avoid visibility.
可见的空气袋接头伸入PU边墙不可超过1mm宽,而且上面要喷漆以免影响外观
Excess mold release on mold/bottom plates should be removed to avoid poor bonding surfaces on the component.
模板上过多的脱模剂要清理干净,以免造成部件表面粘着不良。
PU color marbling specs are per confirmed allowance samples.
PU颜按确认的样品。
Any skinning of PU on top/bottom of midsole must be buffed off, no side skinning allowed.
上下PU脱皮要磨去,两侧不可有脱皮。
Correct Hardness in confirmed checking area.
在确认的检验部位,硬度正确。

Pull PH out by heel parallel with air bag window plug, report immediately if any mold problem, PU rotten or stick to the mold and lack of material. 用手抓PH后跟,用力方向与窗口塞平行,发现模具不良,烂料,粘模,失 肉立即反映。
against the direction of vulcanizing line 逆着硫化线方向
using bamboo tools 使用竹制工具
Ensure the PH part size must be the same as mold, reject the defect PH part 注意PH号码与模具号码一致,剔除不良品
Exactly insert the airbag to fit mold window plug, left window first, then close the middle plate.
将PH确实钩入窗口塞,先将左边窗口钩入再放下中框
Press the airbag to fit mold window plug with clean gloves on.
戴干净手套,将BAG确实压好,保持BAG与窗口塞吻合
