英语语法:副词位置的总结详析
副词是指在句子中表示行为或状态特征的词,用以修饰动词、形容词、其他副词或全句,表示时间、地点、程度、方式等概念。
一、方式副词的位置
1. 置于动词或动词宾语后
1)动词后
He sings beautifully. 他唱的好。
She walked slowly. 她慢慢地走。
He works hard. 他工作努力。
They lived happily ever after. 他们从此过上了幸福的生活。
2)动词宾语后
She gave me the book reluctantly. 她勉强地把书给我。
He spoke French well. 他的法语说的好。
She whispered the words softly into my ear. 她在我耳边细声细语的说话。
Do the work properly. 好好工作。
2. 动词与介词连用时,有“动词+介词+宾语”结构,副词可置于介词前或宾语后
Look carefully at this picture. 认真看这张画。
=Look at this picture carefully.
He shouted crazily at me. 他疯狂地向我大声叫嚷。
=He shouted at me crazily.
somewhereThey asked shamelessly for money. 他们无耻地索要钱。
They asked for money shamelessly.
3. 若宾语稍长,则副词一般置于介词前
Look carefully at this picture hanging on the wall. 认真看挂在墙上的这张画。
He shouted crazily at everyone walking past him. 他朝他身边走过的每个人大声叫嚷。
4. 在“动词+宾语”和 “动词+介词+宾语” 结构时,若宾语较长,则副词一般置于动词前
They shamelessly asked for the money we earned from hard work. 他们无耻地索要我们通过辛苦劳动赚的钱。
She carefully picked up the toys that were left on the floor by her son. 她小心翼翼的拾起她儿子落在地板上的'玩具。
Romeo and Juliet secretly decided to meet at midnight. 罗密欧和朱丽叶秘密决定在午夜相见。
He angrily denied that the island is a haven for money laundering. 他愤怒地否认这岛是活动的安全场所。
5. 宾语为短语或从句时,一般较长,若将副词置于短语或从句后,副词会被认为修饰短语或从句中的动词,从而意思发生改变
比较:
Romeo and Juliet secretly decided to meet at midnight. 罗密欧和朱丽叶秘密决定在午夜相见。
Romeo and Juliet decided to meet at midnight secretly. 罗密欧和朱丽叶决定在午夜秘密相见。
二、地点副词的位置
1. 置于动词后,若动词后有宾语,则置于宾语后
1)置于动词后
She lives here. 她住在这里。
Andy is downstairs. 安迪在楼下。
He goes away. 他离开了。
She would go nowhere. 她哪都不会去。
You may go inside. 你可以进里面了。
2)置于宾语后
Take her outside. 把她带出去。
I don’t want to send him away. 我不想把他送走。
He hid it somewhere. 他把它藏在某个地方了。
She looked for it everywhere. 她到处都遍了。
Lying will get you nowhere. 说谎对你没什么好处。
2. here/there置于句首的情况
here/there + be/come/go + 名词主语,强调here/there
Here is Andy. 安迪在这里。(刚发现安迪在这里或安迪刚出现在这里时,用此表达)
There is Amy. 艾米在那里。(刚发现艾米在那里或艾米刚出现在那里时,用此表达))
Here comes the bus. 公车来了。(看着公车刚来时,用此表达)
There goes the train. 火车走了。(看着火车走时,用此表达)
3. 若主语是代词,则代词主语置于动词前:here/there +代词主语+ be/come/go
Here I am. 我在这里。
There he is. 他在那里。
There she goes. 她朝那走去。
Here he comes. 他朝这走来。
三、时间副词的位置
一般置于句尾,强调时间时,可置于句首
Eventually she went away. 最终她走了。
= She went away eventually.
Then the teacher came. 然后,老师来了。
=The teacher came then.
You shall go to school today. 你今天应该去上学。
Tomorrow I’ll call you. 明天我会打电话给你。
四、频度副词的位置
1. 无助动词或情态动词时,置于行为动词前或be动词后
I usually go to bed at ten. 我通常十点睡觉。
She seldom cooks. 她很少煮饭。
He sometimes stayed up all night. 他有时整晚不睡觉。
They often take a walk after dinner. 他们经常在晚饭后散步。
I hardly watch TV. 我很少看电视。
My mother is always busy. 我的母亲总是很忙。
The question is frequently asked. 经常问这个问题。
The truth is rarely pure and never simple. 真理很少是纯粹的而且决不简单。
2. 有助动词或情态动词时,置于助动词/情态动词之后
I will always be there for you. 我会一直在你身边支持你。
I have never been there. 我从来没去过那。
She did occasionally sneeze. 她有时确实会打喷嚏。
She can never forget it. 她永远都不会忘记。
You must often cooperate with your partner. 你必须经常和你的拍档合作。
You may sometimes get incorrect search results. 有时你可能会得到错误的搜索结果。
四、程度副词的位置
1. 置于被修饰的形容词/副词/行为动词前(修饰动词时,程度副词与频度副词的位置类似)
He is very tall. 他很高。
The story is quite interesting. 这故事很有趣。
She is so angry. 她是如此生气。
He runs very fast. 他跑的很快。
She speaks quite fluently. 她讲话很流利。
He drives too slowly. 他开车开的太慢。
I don’t quite hate him. 我不是很恨他。
I rather like your new look. 我非常喜欢你的新造型。
She hardly understands the music. 她不太懂音乐。
2. much修饰动词时,可置于动词后或被动语态动词前
He didn’t sleep much. 他没怎么睡觉。
I don’t like her much. 我不太喜欢她。
Your effort is much appreciated. 很感激你的努力。
She is much pleased by your compliment. 你的赞赏让她很高兴。
3. enough常置于被修饰词之后
That's good enough for her. 这对她而言已经足够了。
I am old enough to make decisions. 我已经足够大,能够自己做决定。
She is rich enough to retire. 她足够富裕,可以退休了。
五、疑问副词的位置
置于句首
How did he find us? 他怎么到我们的?
When did she leave? 她什么时候离开的?
Where did he meet her? 他在哪里见她的?
Why did she come? 她为什么来?
