中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司航运保险事业营运中心（以下简称承保人）根据被保险人的要求，在被保险人按约定方式向承保人缴付约定的保险费后，按照本预约保险单中列明的承保条件和条款承保货物运输保险。
 
    China Pacific Property Insurance Company Limited Marine Insurance Operation Center（hereinafter called “The Underwriter”）at the request of the Insured named hereunder and in consideration of the agreed premium paid to the Underwriter by the Insured in agreed way, undertakes to insure the goods in transportation subject to the conditions and Clauses provided in this policy.
