摘要:PURPOSE:To know existence of cancer cell, its proliferation rate, and its growth and extinction and to diagnose by this knowledge by making TAG in body fluid react with lektin and measuring the product of this reaction by completing method and sandwitch method. CONSTITUTION:TAG to be measured in body fluid and a certain amount of TAG that is insolubilized or galactose-(beta1 3 or beta1 4)-N-acetylglucosamine or TAG-like substance such as sugar derivative that has the sugar side chain at its end are made to react completitively with an enzyme such as glucoamilase, glucosoxydase and fluorescent substance such as fluorescein and a certain amount of lektin labeled by various kinds of radioactive label agents and a binding material of insolubilized TAG or insolubilized TAG-like substance and labeled lektin and non-binding laveled lektin are separated. Existence, proliferation rate and growth or extinction of cancer cell can be known by measuring and quantitatively determining label agent activity of either one of them.
