摘要：PURPOSE:To enhance tensile strength and shearing strength in a fastening tool such as a rivet, nail, bolt and the like by using continuous fiber arranged over the total axial length of the tool or long fiber arranged in the axial direction for reinforcement, while constituting the tool of a fiber reinforced resin by using nylon. CONSTITUTION:In the case of forming a rivet 1 being a fastening tool of an outside plate structural member for an airplane or electric train, continuous fiber and/or long fiber are used as a reinforcement member 2 and RIM(reaction injection molded) nylon is used as a matrix resin. In manufacturing it, the continuous fiber and/or long fiber are arranged beforehand in a mold so as to form a specified shape (e.g. a rod shape or rivet shape), molten omega-lactam and the like containing a polimerization catalyst and an initiator is injected into the mold after clamping, and molded by a monomer casting method for polyamide polimerization by heating. For a fiber reinforcement member, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin, carbon fiber, glass fiber and the like are used.
