摘要：Disclosed is a preparation method for 4-aminodiphenylamine through the intermediate preparation of 4-nitrodiphenylamine and/ or 4-nitrosodiphenylamine, and/ or salts thereof by the reaction of aniline with nitrobenzene in a liquid medium under the temperature 50 to 130 C, under the normal or reduced pressure, in the inert atmosphere or in the presence of gaseous oxygen, followed by hydrogenation of the intermediate 4-aminodiphenylamine and/ or nitrosodiphenylamine and by-products, by isolation of 4-aminodiphenylamine and by-products and by re-circulation of non-converted raw materials. The reaction of aniline with nitrobenzene with the selectivity at least 50 % to 4-nitrodiphenylamine and nitrosodiphenylamine is performed in the reaction system made by the solution of the real zwitteriones salts with hydroxides of general formula HO-
/(R1R2R3)N+-CHR4-(CH2)x-Y-/Z+, wherein the meaning of the substituents is in the description. The 4-nitrosophenylamine and/ or 4-nitrodiphenylamine, and/ or salts thereof, are produced, which after the hydrogenation provide 4-ADFA and after the reaction at least a half of the reaction system is re-used for the next reaction and/ or is recycled.
