摘要:PURPOSE:To enable to select amounting position freely by reducing a matter making a stationary board bend, by a method wherein the title mechanism is constituted of a pulley transmitting a rotation of a motor to a ball screw and a timing belt and a transmission mechanism is stuck to the stationary board to which a mold is fitted. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 8 is made to rotate positively, a first rotary shaft 21 is rotated, a second rotary shaft 26 is made to rotate positively through a pulley 23, timing belt 24 and pulley 25 and a ball nut 10 screwing with a ball screw 9 is made to advance. A nozzle 3 presses the mold and force making a stationary platen 4 bend in a clockwise direction centering around a sticking point with a base 15 is applied to the stationary board 4. As the motor 8 and a transmission mechanism 7 are stuck to a stationary board 4, the force wherein the nozzle 3 presses the mold, that is, force wherein a spring 13 presses an extruder base 5 is transmitted to the transmission mechanism 7 through a second plate 12 and the rotary shaft 26 as reaction force of the above force and the force going to make the stationary board 4 bend in a counterclockwise direction is applied to the stationary board 4. Therefore, as the force, which is in the opposite direction to that of the force form the nozzle 3 and is about identical with the same, is
applied to the stationary board 4, bending amount of the stationary board 4 becomes small.
