摘要:PURPOSE:To reduce cohesion of fine particles by feeding reactive gas floating a mixture of fine particles and rough particles in a plasma and forming a substance having a thermoelectric transforming performance into the plasma. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of first particles (example: silicon carbide) having 10mu or smaller particle diameter and second particles (example: particles covered with boron carbide on the surface of the first particles) of 20mu or larger particle diameter is floated in a plasma generated by a device 20 in a reactive container 10. Then, reactive gas (example: triethyl boron + hydrogen) which can form a substance having thermoelectric transforming performance or generated by itself or reacting with the first particles is fed into the plasma by a device 30. As a result, cohesion of fine particles is reduced, and also fine particles adhered on the inner wall surface and to scraping-up blades of the reactive container 10 can be skived off.
