摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain a reagent for rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of an antibody, by combining an unsoluble carrier sensitized with an anti-human C-reactive protein antibody and the specified water-soluble compound. CONSTITUTION:An unsoluble carrier sensitized with anti-human C-reactive protein (anti-CRP) and at least one kind of water-soluble compound selected from a group consisting of trialkyl amine, its salt and No.4 grade ammonium salt are combined for the reagent for quantitative analysis of CRP. As unsoluble carrier, polystyrene-series latex grain, etc. for diagnosis can be used. As anti- CRP antibodies, polyvalent antibody, monoclonal antibody of animal origin, etc. are used. As water-soluble compounds, trielylamine, etc., hydrochloride of trietylamine, etc., silicone chloride, hydrochloric betaine, etc. are available.
