I've noticed that I tend to lose my temper quite easily. Sometimes, even the smallest thing can set me off. It's like a firecracker ready to explode, and I can't seem to put a lid on it.
reactive to My friends say I need to chill out more, but when I get angry, it's like a floodgate opening and emotions just pour out. I know it's not healthy, but sometimes I feel like I can't help it.
One day, I was in a rush and someone cut me off in traffic. I just honked my horn and shouted out loud. It felt like a release, but I know it probably scared the other driver. I wish I could be more calm and collected in those moments.
I'm trying to find ways to control my anger. Some people say counting to ten works, but I find that I need more than that. I'm thinking of taking up yoga or meditation to see if that helps me stay centered.
At the end of the day, I know it's up to me to manage my emotions. Getting angry doesn't solve anything, and it only makes me feel worse. I'm hoping with some practice and patience,
I can become a little more chill and less reactive.
