基于单片机的电力系统无功功率测量及自动补偿装置的设计
摘要
在电网中由于感性负载的大量使用,使得大量的无功功率在电网中流动,造成了电能的浪费和电压的不稳定,甚至损坏设备,所以研制一种无功功率补偿设备很有必要。虽然在市场中有许多种无功功率补偿控制器,但是大多补偿精度不够、跟踪补偿速度慢,本文的目的是研究一种价格便宜,性能优良的无功功率补偿控制装置,满足对这方面产品的需求。
无功补偿电容器的投切器件较多,其投切的平稳度和使用寿命也相差很大,因此投切器件的选择是非常重要的。本文在分析低压无功补偿装置各种投切开关优缺点的基础上,采用集交流接触器与固态继电器二者优点于一身的复合开关作为电容器的投切开关,研制一种具有无功补偿、功率因数显示等多种功能的综合自动化装置。采用此种开关投切电容器,克服了纯晶闸管电子开关长期承载电容器电流时,功耗大,发热高的缺点。

Based on SCM's Power System Reactive Power Measurement and Automatic Compensation Device Design
Abstract
Because a lot of inductive loads are used, there is much Reactive Power in electric power, as a result, a lot of power is wasted. At the same time, it effects power badly and will reduce the natural life of the electrical equipment, especially it will break the equipment, so it is indispensable to study and develop a Reactive Power Compensator. In the market, there are kingds of Reactive Power Compensator, but many of them are not accurate, or quickly enough; only a bit of products are good on the compensatory effect and time. The aim of the paper is to develop a new kind of Reactive Power Compensator, which can resolve the lack of the products.
There were many switching device of capacitors and the degree of stability and operating life of which were different, so the selection of switching device was very important. On the basis of analyzing merits and faults of various switches of low-voltage reactive compensati
on device, electromechanical combination switch which had the merits of AC contactor and the solid state relay was employed, and an integrated automation device was studied, which had reactive power compensation and other functions, such as power factor. Using the switch could overcome the faults of thyristor electronic switch when long-time bearing capacitor current, such as high power consumption and high quantity of heat.
