摘要：a monomer having a polar functional group, for example, through a hydroxyl or other functional group is protected during polymerization in the presence of highly active catalysts by the use of an alkyl silane group which is removed after the protector. the polymerization in order to restore the functionality of the unit.the polymer thus obtained contain functional groups in its structure. the functional groups can react with traditional stains and \/ or perform other functions in reaction with other reactive compounds. novel polymers are produced for use in ziegler natta type systems.
