Preloading is introduced to the steel-frame members for restoration corresponding to the removed multitude of steel-frame members and the steel-frame members for restoration after carrying out and in the reactor pressure vessel are assembled in the roof trass 11 part corresponding to the establishment of the opening 13 to restore the roof trass 11. Also, the roof 12 is provided in the position where the roof on the roof trass 11 is removed and the roof is restored. After completion of assembling the steel-frame members for restoration, the preloading introduced to the steel-frame members for restoration is opened. In this ma
nner, recovering capability to the states of stress and deformation of each steel-frame members of roof trass before establishing the tentative opening after opening the preloading can be raised.
