摘要：PURPOSE:To achieve an highly accurate decision automatically of landing condition of a rotary plug set on the top of a nuclear reactor vessel of a fast breeder, by inputting a position signal of a lift cylinder and a pressure signal therewithin into a dedicated microprocessor to process. CONSTITUTION:Lifting cylinders 6-9 for lifting a rotary plug 1 which performs a turning operation in a fuel exchange are each provided with lift position detectors 10-13 for detecting the position of the cylinders and pressure detectors 20-23 for detecting pressure within the cylinders. Detection signals of the detectors are inputted into a special-purpose microprocessor to decide a landing position of the rotary plug and the results are displayed. The microprocessor detects changes in output signals of the pressure detectors 20-23 of the cylinders 6-9 with a comparator circuit to store the output signals and the positions of the cylinders 6-9 into a memory circuit. Moreover, a landing decision circuit computes a deviation between absolute values of position signals of the cylinders 6-9 stored in the memory and the individual signals and the resulting values are checked whether they are within an allowable value or not. Then, the results of the decision, normal or abnormal, are outputted.
