摘要：PURPOSE:To improve arc starting characteristics, by connecting the rectifier circuit of pulse current to the midway of the rectifier circuit of welding current, and by superposing the pulse current on the welding current when the arc is started and then by stopping the superposition after the arc is generated. CONSTITUTION:DC reactor 12 of the pulse current is connected to the midway of DC reactor L1 to be used for smoothening the welding current or an independent DC reactor is installed. When the output of rectifier circuit of welding current is generated, the pulse current is outputted simultaneously from the rectifier circuit of pulse current to the rectifier circuit of welding current. When the welding current becomes the main welding current, the output of pulse current is stopped simultaneously.
