CFD数值模拟在废气催化氧化处理中的应用

摘 要: 催化氧化技术是处理VOCs的常用方法之一,为节省占地、节约投资,将常用催化氧化装置集合为组合式催化氧化反应器。为使净化气均匀地进入换热段、降低速度偏差
、保证换热效率,利用计算流体软件CFD对反应段出口至换热段的烟道流场分布进行了数值模拟,并通过计算得到了使流场均匀分布的导流板结构。

Application of CFD Simulation in the Catalytic Oxidation Reactor for Flue Gas

Abstract: Catalytic oxidation technology is one of the most commonly used methods to treat VOCs. For the purpose of saving space and investment, normal catalytic oxidation equipment was modified as combined catalytic oxidation reactor. In this paper, flow field of the flue between reactor zone and heat exchange zone in the combined catalyt
ic oxidation reactor was simulated by CFD software. The suitable structure of deflectors for uniforming the flue flow field distribution was obtained and applied in the combined catalytic oxidation reactor.
