1）手机进入蓝牙信号接收器位置，后台会 定位并推送相关信息
1）系统存储每个Reader的位置信息 2）通过三点定位，对beacon进行三点定位， 精度达到3米以内 3）可以配置管理各个beacon信息接收器的 信息和数据发送频率 4）进行数据分析
