    School has changed a lot from the way it was for my parents and grandparents. We don't just sit at desks and listen to the teacher talk all day anymore. Instead, we get to move around and learn in different ways.
    In math, we use lots of blocks and games to help us understand numbers. We work together in groups instead of just doing worksheets by ourselves. For science, we do all kinds of fun experiments! We get to make predictions and observations like real scientists.

    My teacher says the most important thing is that we're learning how to think, not just memorizing facts. We have to solve problems, be creative, and work as a team. I think school is way more fun and interesting than it used to be!
