一、教学内容
人教版PEP小学四年级英语Uint2 W hat time is it? A Let’s learn.
二、设计思想
本节课，学生通过学习三餐、课程等学生比较感兴趣的话题展开，在问答等活动中操练本节课重点句型。教学活动设计源于生活，又以各种方式引导学生联系生活实际在情景中充分运用，真正体现语言的交际功能。
三、教学目标
1. 能够听、说、认、读本课时的主要单词和词组：English class, music class, PE class, breakfast, lunch, dinner.
2. 能认读句型：What time is it? 并做出相应的回答：It’s … It’s time for…
3. 培养学生良好的时间观念和作息习惯，学会合理安排时间。
四、教学重点
重点是会拼读并掌握本课学习的六个单词和词组。
五、教学难点
难点是对新句型“W hat time is it? It’s nine o’clock ... I t’s time for…”的理解和运用。

Step1: Warm-up
1. Boys and girls, first, l et’s count the numbers. From 1 to 1

设计意图：复习数字，为新课时间表达做铺垫。
2. Then, show a clock, act like a clock.
设计意图：让学生通过做动作加深对钟表的理解及钟面上数字的记忆。
Step2: Presentation
1. Show a clock.
T: What time is it?
S: ...
T: If you want to know the time, you can ask the question: What time is it?
设计意图：引出询问时间的句型，并带领学生齐读课题。
2. Look, What time is it?
T: Yes, at seven o’clock.
It’s time for breakfast.教学breakfast.
T: What’s for breakfast? S: ...
设计意图：学生根据课件图片或生活实际说出早餐吃的食物。巩固breakfast的读音，理解词意。
2. T: It’s twelve o’clock. It’s time for lunch.
教学lunch.

3. 同样方法教学dinner.
设计意图：在情景中学习三餐词汇并在实际交流中反复练习句型It’s ... It’s time for ...
4. Now, boys and girls, it’s time for class.出示图片，教学English class.

S: Read and write.
带领学生一起边做动作边说句型。
设计意图：利用形象的动作表演，让学生在愉快的氛围中操练句型，掌握句型。
5. T: Boys and girls, do you like to sing and dance? OK. Let’s go to the music class.教学music class.
Let’s sing and dance.
6. T: Boys and girls, do you like PE? Do you like football? Let’s go to the P E class. 教学PE class强调大写两个字母。
设计意图：利用生动活泼的动作，加深English class, music class, PE class的理解记忆。学生在边学边做边玩中，掌握单词，学习兴趣浓厚。
Step3: Practice
1. Listen to the tape and repeat.
2. Read the words as quickly as you can. I point you read.
设计意图：反复操练本课新授单词和词组，通过快读方式调动学生的积极性。
3. Group work: Play a game.
设计意图：通过小组合作让学生理解记忆本课的重点句型，并在愉快的活动中学会运用新知。
4. Design your new timetable.
设计意图：让学生灵活运用本课所学知识，通过设计自己的时间表，学会合理的安排作息时间。
