mysql8.0.13版本的坑
今天在编译运⾏⼀个项⽬时遇见MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Could not create connection to database server.的错误提⽰
修改项⽬中的pom⽂件中MySQL的版本，本⼈使⽤版本的是8.0.13，修改完重新编译发现新的错误
maven项⽬在使⽤MySQL的该版本，可能会出现⼀下错误“The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support“
解决⽅法：
在配置数据库url时需添加serverTimezone=UTC，因为在该版本中对时区有要求
