    My Favorite Season: Spring
    Spring is my favorite season of the year. There are so many things I love about spring that make it the best time of the year for me.
    First, the weather in spring is absolutely perfect. After the cold, harsh winter, the warm sunshine and gentle breezes of spring feel amazing. It's not too hot yet like summer, but it's warm enough that I can play outside without having to bundle up. The temperatures are just right for being active and having fun.
    Another great thing about spring is that everything starts blooming and coming back to life after winter. The trees grow new green leaves, colorful flowers pop up everywhere, and the g
rass turns a vibrant shade of green again. My neighborhood looks so pretty in spring with all the different colors. I love watching the world wake up from its winter slumber. It's like the whole planet is being reborn.
    Speaking of rebirth, spring is when lots of baby animals are born too. I love seeing the adorable baby bunnies, ducklings, lambs, and other baby creatures in the spring. They are so cute and fun to watch as they explore the world for the first time. Spring babies always fill me with joy and remind me of the cycle of life continuing.
    Spring also means the end of the school year is coming soon. I always feel re-energized and motivated in my classes during the spring months, knowing that summer vacation is right around the corner. The countdown of the final few weeks of school in spring is an exciting time. I look forward to moving up a grade level and starting fresh in the fall too.
    For my family, some of our favorite traditions and holidays happen in spring as well. We love doing an Easter egg hunt every year and eating a big Easter meal together. My birthday is in April, so we usually have a fun celebration for that. And of course, we always t

    My Family's Favorite Season
    Seasons are so much fun! Each one brings something new and exciting. But in my family, we all have our own favorite season that we look forward to every year. Let me tell you about the seasons my family loves the most!
    For my dad, his favorite season is definitely summer. He just can't get enough of the warm sunny days and long evenings. Dad works really hard at his job, so when summer comes around, he loves being able to spend more time outdoors after work. Our backyard becomes like a second living room for him! He'll fire up the grill and cook delicious burgers or steaks. Or sometimes we have a picnic dinner right on the lawn while we play frisbee. Dad also really enjoys going camping with me and my brother. We pack up the tent and sleeping bags and head off to the mountains or the lake for a weekend in the wilderness. Toasting marshmallows around the campfire is the best!

    For my little sister Annie, her favorite is winter. I know, I know, lots of kids hate winter because it's cold and you can't always play outside. But Annie is just obsessed with the snow! As soon as those first flakes start falling, she'll run outside and try to catch them on her tongue. Then she'll beg Mom and Dad to let her go sledding at the big hill in the park near our house. We'll bundle up in our snowsuits, hats and mittens and go flying down that big hill over and over again until our cheeks are all rosy red. When we get home, Mom makes us hot chocolate to warm us up. On the days when there's too much snow to go to school, Annie spends all day building snowmen and having huge snowball fights with me and our friends from the neighborhood.
