On the New Year' s Eve, after finishing the dinner, for most Chinese people, they will sitat home, watching the Spring Festival Gala with their families. The show has been a traditionfor us, in our parents'generation, Spring Festival Gala is popular, even though today many
new forms of amusement are invented, which makes the gala less popular, yet the traditionalshow still wins people' s attention. It has become part of people' s life, most people willopen their TV and watch it in the big day. I will watch the show, maybe most of the parts donot attract my attention, but it is the happy time for me to stay with my family. I enjoy themoment.

In spring, the weather is getting warm, and everything is new, full of vigor. The sun is
shining brightly, the spring breeze is blowing gently, and the flowers are blooming beautifully.In spring, it always rains. After the rain, we can smell the fresher air and see the blue sky. Weall feel comfortable.
The spring of this year seems to be speical for me. Every rain comes so timely, washingthe wound for me, rushing the dust, and making me feel the beauty of spring from the heart.In previous years, the spring is always coming quietly and lasts a short time. The arrival ofspring, gives me hope, and lets me go on fighting. The arrival of spring, gives me a new startand lets me feel everything is growing. The arrival of spring, gives me a passion and lets mehave the courage to face the ups and downs of life and rush forward step by step. The arrivalof spring, gives me a relief force and lets me understand this world better. Life is just like thespring, and what we need is to be fearlessand brave in the sad time. Maybe we will get  unexpected harvest. Embrace the spring, we will find that all around us is becoming morebeautiful.

Spring came with ail its glories. The new grass exposed its green colour. The prettyflowers opened their blossoms. We were tempted to go for an outing.It was Sunday, the 20th of April We set out very early on bikes, carrying bottles of champagne, beer and bags of cakes, bacon and cooked eggs. We rode along the winding paths in the fields, across the meadows and down the roads. The willow were fresh and green.The swallows were flying to and fro, up and down the sky. The birds, like musicians, snang their melodious songs in the trees, and the butterflies, like colorful dancers, were flutteringhere and there. We breathed the fresh air deeply and laughed heartily.
At we arrived at the foot of the Shushan Hill. We left our bikes with a bike
repairing shop and began to climb up the Hill. Near the top, under a big tree with luxuri antfoliage we had our picnic. We drank and ate, talked and laughed. After the picnic we stood inthe breeze with our hands on our waists, enjoying the fine landscape. Then we lay on the
grass talking about our life and studies.
At about 4 p. m., we returned with balmy greenness on our backs and freshness in ourhearts.
