As I step outside I take a few deep breaths of fresh air This helps me feel grounded and connected to the world around me I also try to be mindful of my surroundings and appreciate the beauty of nature the changing seasons or the energy of the city I live in
If I have time I like to go for a short walk or jog around my neighborhood This helps me get my body moving and my heart rate up which boosts my energy and mood I find that a bit of exercise in the morning sets me up to be more productive and focused throughout the day
Once I arrive at my destination whether it's work school or running errands I make sure to check in with myself How am I feeling both physically and mentally Do I need a quick break or a healthy snack to refuel If so I make sure to take care of those needs so I can be at my best
Overall my mornings are filled with a variety of tasks and activities but I find that having a consistent routine helps me feel grounded centered and ready to take on the day I'm able to take care of my basic needs get my body and mind primed for productivity and set myself up for success no matter what challenges or opportunities come my way
