摘要： Discloses a hybrid transmission system (10, 12 and 14) for transmitting and receiving digital data at high speed in the form of variable length packets using techniques and standard television components (14) . The basic element of this hybrid digital transmission system is the remote link adapter device at a remote location that receives the analog signal of TV emission type processed by a video modulator vestigial sideband. This device decodes the digital data contained in the signals and sends them as digital information to any type of terminal or computer.
