Enclosed please find the completed questionnaire, relevant materials and the deposit (40% of applied booth size) cheque* made payable to “Hong Kong Trade Development Council”.
*The cheque deposit will NOT be banked in until your booth is confirmed available.
However, we understand that the admission to Ambiente Frankfurt 2015 is subject to the related admission selection policy and the product screening requirements of the Fair Organiser.

Admission Selection Policy
1. All applicants must be Hong Kong registered companies with substantial business
operations conducted in the HKSAR.  Please submit your application together with a copy of your Business Registration Certificate and other supporting documents showing your business activities in Hong Kong.
2. New exhibitors in 2015 should submit a questionnaire to the Council for selection if you
wish to exhibit in the Hong Kong Pavilion at Ambiente Frankfurt 2015.
3. When booths are available for new exhibitors, they will be assigned by the HKTDC using
the admission selection policy.
4. Copies of supporting documents are required to substantiate your claims of qualifications
and standards (e.g. awards, quality standard, etc) as set out in the questionnaire.
5. Submission of the questionnaire does not necessarily lead to provision of an
exhibition booth.
6. The Fair Organiser and the HKTDC will conduct a product screening to determine your
eligibility to participate in the fair, which is final and non-revocable.  The selection admission policy serves to assess the applicants’ company profile, marketing efforts, design capabilities, quality standard, etc. Thus, the information provided in the questionnaire is crucial in determining the application result. Applicants are required to submit 1 copy of your product catalogue to the HKTDC with your application for this exercise.
7. It is envisaged that only few booths will be available for new applicants in Gifts Section
and Houseware Section.  Stand confirmation is subject to stand availability and the Fair Organiser’s final approval (which is non-revocable).
8. The HKTDC and the Fair Organiser reserve the final discretion in booth allocation.

*Owing to variance in stand configuration, HK Pavilion may come with some booths of slightly different sizes (e.g. 9 to 17 sqm). Any space difference with the standard
10.5sqm will be charged at early-bird rate HK$8,000 per sqm or regular rate at
HK$8,100 per sqm.

Obligatory Media and Marketing Entry: HK$5,528 for the first-time exhibitor with Fair Organiser during a 12-month cycle – an online portal service offered by the Fair Organiser. (Final charge of Obligatory Media and Marketing Entry is subject to the standard of Fair Organiser)
Target Participant : Hong Kong Pavilion participants must be companies registered in Hong Kong and be
carrying out substantial operation in the territory. It is at the HKTDC's discretion to
accept or reject applications and subject to the German Fair Organiser's approval for
acceptance
Travel Accommodation and Exhibits Shipment : A travel agent and freight forwarder will provide service to exhibitors. Details to be advised
Other Expenses : Exhibitors are responsible for expenses such as additional booth facilities, hiring
temporary assistants/interpreter, exhibits shipment, air-tickets, hotel
accommodation, and other incidentals etc.
