摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce an iron loss at the junction part of a transformer core by a method wherein the junction gaps of an oblique junction part at the edge parts of a leg part core and a yoke are shifted in a step type in the longitudinal direction of steel plates, and the positions of the respective junction gaps thereof are made to be different from each other in the longitudinal direction of the steel plates. CONSTITUTION:The junction part of the steel plates 1U of a leg part core and the steel plates 2 of a yoke are constructed by alternately laminating repetitiously with a first step type junction part group L1 and a second step type junction part goup L2 constructing a lamination unit L in the place between the referential positions A-A', B-B'. At the junction part groups L1, L2 thereof, junction gaps 4 between the steel plates 1U and the steel plates 2 of the respective layers are arranged being shifted in a step type in order at the equal intervals l1, l2 in the longitudinal direction of the steel plates, and the positions of the respective junction gaps 4 of the junction part group L1 and the positions of the respective junction gaps 4 of the junction part group L2 are shifted by the amount l3 in the longitudinal direction of the steel plates. Accordingly, disorder of the current of magnetic flux at the parts of the junction gaps 4 is improved, a loss to be generated can be reduced, and moreover the lap part between the adjoining steel plates becomes to about two times of
the usual example, and mechanical strength of the core at the junction part can be enhanced.
