Risk Stratification Guide
Click here to be navigated to the OneTrust platform, which hosts the risk stratification questionnaire.
Use your VU credentials to log into the portal.

Complete the
Assessment Details page by filling in each of the mandatory
sections marked by a red asterix *Please use the Primary records to select an existing entitiy.
Step 3

mandated questions within the risk stratification questionnaire.
On each question:
Navigate forward and backward Save your work to complete later Submit completed assessment
Step 4
Once you select submit you’ll have completed the risk stratification assessment. This will then be reviewed by VU Cyber for any further actions.
Select the Or
button to continue to the next section of the risk stratification questions
The questionaire will only populate questions based on the unquie circumstances of the third-party relationship.
During or at the end of the questionaire, you can opt to navigate backwards/forwards to change any answers, save and exit to complete at a later date or submit .
