摘 要
刮板输送机是一种挠性牵引机构的连续输送机械,是为采煤工作面和采区巷道运煤布置的机械。它的牵引机构是刮板链,承载装置是中部槽,刮板链安装在中部槽的槽面。中部槽沿运输路线全线铺设,刮板链绕经机头、机尾的链轮接成封闭形置于中部槽中,与滚筒采煤机和输送机推移装置配套,实现落煤、装煤、运煤及推移输送机械化。沿输送机全长都可向溜槽中装煤,装入中部槽中的煤被刮板链拖拉,在中部槽内滑行到卸载端卸下。
一般的刮板输送机能在25°以下的条件下使用。刮板输送机在使用中要受拉、压、弯曲、冲击、摩擦和腐蚀等多种作用,因此,必须有足够的强度、刚度、耐磨和耐腐蚀性。由于它的运输方式是物料和刮板链都在槽内滑行,因此运行阻力和磨损都很大。但是,在采煤工作面运煤,目前还没有更好的机械可代替,只能从结构上、强度上和制造工艺上不断研究,使它更加完善、耐用。

1 概述
近年来随着高产高效集约化矿井的迅速发展,煤矿都在争取实现一矿一井一面的高度集约
化生产模式。作为长臂工作面的主要运输设备,刮板输送机的输送能力主要由高产高效矿井的生产能力来决定,同时也决定了刮板输送机的发展趋势。
1.1刮板输送机的机构与作用
刮板输送机是一种有挠性牵引机构的连续输送机械。它的牵引构件是刮板链,承载装置是溜槽。在综采工作面,为了与采煤机、液压支架配合使用,在溜槽的采空区侧设有挡煤板及挡煤板座、导向管(链牵引采煤机用)、齿条、销轨或埋链(无链牵引采煤机用)。
刮板输送机在综采工作面中起着承载、运煤和采煤机导向以及液压支架推移支承等作用,是整套综采设备的“中坚”,其性能、可靠程度和寿命是综采工作面正常生产和取得良好技术经济效果的重要保证。
1.2刮板输送机的技术现状
20世纪80年代以来,国内外刮板输送机都在向大运量、长运距、大功率、高强度、长寿命与高可靠性方向发展。目前,国外综采最大的工作面刮板输送机,总运量已达6000t/h,装机功率4×800Kw,运距450m。国内自主研发的刮板输送机运量已达3500t/h,装机功率3×
700Kw,运距300m。随着神东等大型煤炭基地400m工作面的出现,国产刮板输送机将朝着更大型的方向发展。但是运量、运距和功率的增大受到诸多因素的限制。首先,中部槽的高度不宜太高,否则会影响装煤效果。其次,输送机的长度也不宜太长,会降低推进速度。然后最主要的影响因素还在于元部件的技术性能和寿命。所以,在刮板输送机向大型化发展的同时,高性能元部件的研发将成为今后刮板输送机的发展重点,软启动技术、工况检测、运行状态控制等机电一体化技术的运用将成为今后刮板输送机发展的重要标志。
