[摘 要]
时代一直在进步，而企业管理也逐渐变繁琐的起来。如何有效管理好企业内部员工的信息，成为企业管理中的一个大问题。在这种情况下，开发一个企业人事管理系统显得非常必要。该人事管理系统是一个简洁实用的网站，为公司内部员工管理提供良好的平台。
本系统的前台选用了PHP、AppServ等作为主要的编程语言,后台选用MYSQL作为数据库服务器。利用PHP动态网页编程技术实现前后台的数据交互。本系统实现了以下功能:管理企业的员工基本数据;当员工发生变动时，对原有数据进行修改;进行基本信息的查询以满足决策和管理的需要;提供员工请假;上班时间提醒及各部门调整安排等功能

This system is based on asp, and HTML and SQL Server 2000 is used as a database server in background. asp dynamic web technology has been used to achieve data interactivity between foreground and background.
