摘  要
随着信息技术的进步和医疗水平的提高，医院信息管理系统(Hospital Information System．HIS)在医院中发挥越来越重要的作用。医疗信息管理系统能够提高工作效率，增加经济效益，提高医疗服务水平，受到人们越来越多的重视。
本文通过对门诊部工作人员和其他相关人员进行需求调研的基础上,根据用户对数据安全，操作人性化，功能完善性等方面的需求，设计了医院门诊信息管理系统的物理框架，技术框架，功能框架等，进而进行了数据库的相关设计，最终采用JSP编程语言完成整个系统的实现。
与现有类似系统相比，本系统具有更好的数据处理能力和安全性。交互界面简洁，友好，方便用户操作。同时还提供对数据的检索功能，方便用户查询。系统明确了业务划分，规范了就医流程。并且提供对外系统的接口，方便医院的信息共享。

Abstract
Along with the advancement in information technique and healthcare improvement，the Hospital Information System(HIS)play more and more important role in hospital．The hospital information system can improve work efficiency, bring economic benefits，and boost the level of medical treatment．And SO address more and more people’ s attention．
On the base of the market research，we make a requirement analysis document．According to the data security ,system stability and so on，we design the framework of the physical，the framework of technical，functional framework，and then design the database，the final completion of the entire system．
Out-patient hospital management information system is to IT technology for hospital out-patient information management, it can collect and store information on the patient's hospital out-patient files, and provide updated information on the file retrieval of the out-patient interface; to help hospitals improve efficiency.
